TLD Electronics is a professional Starlink Cable manufacturer and supplier in China, providing aftermarket and replacement cables for Starlink satellite internet systems. Our product range covers Gen 1, Gen 2, Gen 3 and Starlink Mini cable solutions, including standard and customized cable assemblies.
We support customization of cable length, connector type, wire gauge, jacket material, color, packaging and branding. Standard cable configurations are available for bulk orders, while OEM projects can be developed according to the required application and connector configuration.
A Starlink Cable is a specialized cable assembly used to connect the Starlink satellite dish with the indoor router, power supply or related equipment, depending on the hardware generation.
Different Starlink generations use different connector designs, cable structures and power/data configurations. Some systems carry power and data through the same cable assembly, while Starlink Mini uses a separate power connection.
Because connector design and cable specifications vary by generation, the correct cable should always be selected according to the Starlink hardware model and interface.

Starlink cable requirements vary by generation, but several characteristics distinguish them from conventional networking or power cables.
For compatible Starlink systems, the cable assembly can carry both power and data between the outdoor dish and indoor equipment. This reduces the need for separate cable runs.
Starlink systems may require higher power delivery than conventional networking applications. The actual power requirement depends on the hardware generation and system configuration.
The flat ribbon construction used by Gen 2 and Gen 3 cables can simplify routing through walls and other narrow spaces. The supplied product information specifies a wall opening of approximately 19 mm (3/4 inch) for routing.
Starlink cable assemblies are designed for outdoor installation, with water-resistant and UV-resistant jacket options available according to the selected configuration. The supplied specifications identify IP67 for Gen 2 and IP68 for Gen 3.
Gen 1, Gen 2, Gen 3 and Starlink Mini use different connector and extension methods. A replacement or extension cable should therefore be selected according to the specific hardware generation.
Shielded cable constructions can help control electromagnetic interference when power and high-frequency data are transmitted through the same cable assembly.
Starlink cables and aftermarket replacements are manufactured to various international standards:

Starlink-compatible cable assemblies can use shielded copper conductors and controlled cable structures to support reliable data transmission in the intended application.
Selected Starlink cable configurations carry both power and data through the same cable assembly to connect the outdoor antenna with the corresponding indoor equipment.
PVC and TPE jacket options are available, with UV resistance, water resistance and temperature-range configurations selected according to the product specification.
We support customization of:
● Cable length: 15 m, 22.86 m, 30.48 m and 45.72 m standard options or custom lengths
● Connector type: RJ45, proprietary SPX, proprietary round and DC power connectors according to generation
● Wire gauge: 18 AWG–26 AWG or custom options
● Jacket material: PVC, TPE or custom formulations
● Cable color: Black and custom Pantone-matched colors
● Logo printing: Available
● Packaging: Customized packaging available
Replacement cables for Starlink systems where the original cable has been damaged or needs to be replaced.
Suitable for applications requiring an outdoor connection between the Starlink dish and the corresponding indoor equipment.
Selected cable and power configurations can be used for vehicle-mounted or mobile Starlink installations according to the hardware and power requirements.
Customized cable assemblies are available for distributors, installers, retailers and private-label brands.
Packaging options include PE bags, boxes, cable reels and customized OEM packaging according to order requirements.
Q1: What Colors Are Available for Starlink Cable?
Starlink cables are commonly available in the following colors:
Gray or Black
Custom colors available as per customer’s request
Q2: Are cables interchangeable between generations?
No. Each generation uses different connectors and cable designs. A Gen 2 cable will not work with a Gen 3 dish, and vice versa. Always verify compatibility before purchasing a replacement.
Q3: How long is the Starlink cable?
Model Default Length Max Available
Gen 1 30m (100 ft) No extension available
Gen 2 15m (49 ft) 25m (82 ft) for High Performance kits
Gen 3 15m (49 ft) 45m (~147 ft)
Starlink Mini 15m (49 ft) 30m DC power cable available
Q4: Can I extend the Starlink cable?
For Gen 3, you can extend with standard Cat6 or Cat6a Ethernet cables and waterproof couplers.
For Gen 1 and Gen 2, extending is not officially supported due to proprietary connectors.
Important warnings:
Starlink does not officially recommend or support cable splicing or third-party joiners
Modifying the cable voids your warranty
Extending beyond 25m may cause power issues due to voltage drop
Signal degradation, power loss, and water damage are real risks
Q5: Is the Starlink cable weatherproof?
Yes. Starlink cables are shielded, UV-resistant, and IP67-rated for waterproofing. The connectors feature weatherproof rubber seals or gaskets to prevent moisture ingress.
TLD Electronics supplies cable configurations for Gen 1, Gen 2, Gen 3 and Starlink Mini, with connector and cable construction selected according to the target hardware.
We can customize length, connector, wire gauge, jacket material, color, logo and packaging, allowing distributors and brands to order a complete cable assembly rather than sourcing separate components.
TLD supports sample development, specification verification and volume production, which is suitable for both new cable projects and replacement-product sourcing.
Cable assemblies are inspected according to the confirmed specification, with checks covering continuity, high-voltage insulation and appearance, and additional electrical tests available where required.
Customers can provide an existing cable, connector part number, drawing or equipment model for configuration review before production, reducing compatibility issues during development.
